Reciprocate

Love and affections must be reciprocated. One sided feelings however strong it may be, ultimately will wilt and die like a bunch of cut roses.

Cliche though it may sound, but reciprocated feelings and actions are like the sun that nourishes the plant and the water that quenches its thirst.

Without it, the roses how beautiful it may be, will die.

One sided love, when poured onto another person that does not show the same feelings, is like trying to empty the sea with a bucket. It is pointless and by the end of it, he will be tired and readily give up without having to be told.

So when a person showers you with affections attention and love please do take notice and act accordingly.

He will not do all those things if he does not truly care for you, will he?

A person who finally gives up the love of his life because he realise he is the man with the bucket trying to empty the sea, how sad is that?

It will no longer be a story for eternity.
